Processes stay in house
Six processes on one site means fewer variables in lead time and quality.
Huizhou Yipin Apparel & Leather Goods Co., Ltd. focuses on the high-element components that finish a garment: leather patches and labels, embroidered leather badges, pull tabs, charms and metal parts.
Yipin is a manufacturing company in Huidong County, Huizhou, Guangdong, focused on leather components for apparel. We provide premium domestic and overseas apparel brands with a one-stop programme from design and sampling to finished patches, covering leather patches and labels, pull tabs, hardware leather patches, cowhide and PU patches, embroidered badges, heat-pressed labels and high-frequency labels.
Six processes — die cutting, laser, hot press, injection, screen printing and sewing — run in house alongside CNC precision moulds. Material sourcing through to final inspection happens in our own plant, so problems at a process hand-over get dealt with on the spot instead of being passed between suppliers.
We do not treat trims as a supporting act. The edge, the lettering and the hand feel of a patch shape how a customer reads the whole garment, so our standard is that a piece should hold up to close inspection by hand — not merely look acceptable at a distance.
The Yipin workshop concentrates on high-element apparel components — leather patches and labels, charms and more. Demanding standards on experience, on feel for the craft and on getting it perfect is simply how we approach every product.
Championing the craftsman and passing on something worth having is where we started.

Material, construction and colour standard are settled before the mould is cut, which cuts down on rounds of rework.
Our own capacity rather than farming work out to hit a date — so the date we give is the date we keep.
We have supplied a range of international and domestic premium brands, and are used to the documentation and inspection expectations of export orders.
