Made to order
Sample 01 is photographed for reference, showing the patch formats and process combinations we can produce. Send a drawing or a physical sample and we confirm material (full-grain cowhide, PU, iridescent leather or horsehair), size, thickness, colour and backing — adhesive, heat-transfer or stitch holes — before tooling and sampling.
Six in-house processes, controllable lead time
Die cutting, laser cutting, press bonding, injection moulding, silk-screen colouring and sewing all happen in our own factory — nothing is outsourced. That keeps sampling rounds, colour-difference control and batch consistency under our own roof, so both lead time and quality stay predictable.
