CNC iridescent leather patch with metal
- Product No.
- R001666
- Classification
- Iridescent leather with metal
Cut on a CNC precision mould and press-bonded as one piece with a metal clasp, then hand-finished along the edge. The leather face stays flat and the hardware sits square — a back-waist label with the weight of leather and metal.
Products shown are for craftsmanship reference only, not for retail sale. All trademarks and copyrights belong to the respective client brands.
The cowhide is cut to artwork and press-bonded with temperature, pressure and dwell time controlled in three stages, so the face stays full and free of oil bleed. The clasp is located by the mould itself in a single setting pass, which removes hand-alignment drift.
A cowhide face with a reinforcing layer at the hardware joint; the edge is hand-painted to resist lifting under repeated abrasion. Typical use is the back waist of denim and casual trousers, and decorative labelling on jackets and bags.
We work from your artwork — CDR, AI or PSD. We first lay out the flat shape and the embossed relief, then cut the mould and sample once it is approved. Colour, size and hardware plating follow your specification.
