Craft
The layout is positioned to artwork, then built up layer by layer so the lettering fills out fully. After stitching, loose threads are trimmed by hand and the edge pressed flat so the outline reads clean.
Construction & use
A cowhide base with embroidered lettering, backed with lining cloth. Common on denim waists, jacket chests and sleeve badges.
Customisation & sampling
Threads are matched to Pantone or your own thread card, and letter height, tracking and relief depth can all be tuned to the design.
